Please chenck my code.....LEDs not ramping down

I have these for profiles:
RampUp:
Time:180
Start:10
End:70

Constant:
Time:180
Start:70
End:70

RampDown:
Time:180
Start:70
End:10


And this is how I have the variable dimming on 2 ports programmed:

Set OFF
If Time 15:30 to 18:30 Then RampUp
If Time 18:30 to 21:30 Then Constant
If Time 21:30 to 01:30 Then RampDown


I don't think it is having a problem ramping up, but from 18:30 to 01:30, it is at a constant brightness. Then right before it shut off last night, I believe it dimmed quicly....then rampedup and shut off immediately.

Help?

The "ramped up and shut off quickly" might be from the power supply as the internal capacitors discharge rather than a dimming problem.
