Please Help can't id this pest and I need to know how to treat it.

To give a brief description of these things they are so tiny you have to put your face up the the glass to see them and they look like grains of sand that's how time they are. The only reason why I know they are alive becuase they are moving all up on my Zoas and lps. I noticed my zoa colony getting smaller couldn't figure out why and my 1 of my torch corals head died. It's not my parameters because they are fine. These damn little bugs

yes i tried dipping them even when i first got them. I also dipped them but the bugs keep coming back.

What are you dipping them in? If it's not Bayer then you're using the wrong dip...

Isn't dipping basically shutting the barn door after all the horses have escaped?

Wouldn't there likely be some in the nearby vicinity that would escape the dip and go on to breed the next generation? And then there is the issue of eggs- dips don't usually kill them.

But I would do it anyway. I imagine dipping would provide some temporary relief, and if done regularly and consistently I imagine it's possible to "break" the parasite population the way constantly washing a house plant with aphids can eventually eliminate them or keep them at a non lethal level.

i'm using seachems iodine dip. unfortunately now i cant seem to find or id this pest.

The iodine dip is for treating infections like brown jelly disease. You need a dip like Coral RX to kill parasites.

Coral x has two versions I'll go with the concentrated one to make sure , you'll be surprised how many bugs jump the ship.
