please help id spot- intense picts...

This is a spot that appeared about 4 days ago. It hasn't gotten better, it has grown a small amount. No other signs of problems on the Mandrin or any of his tankmates. She seems to be eating and acting normally. Is this something for concern? What should we do if it is-

Keep an eye on it. Could be ich, could be some other parasite, maybe a lose scale or lympocystis.

Thanks- was hoping for somthing a little more specific. We kinda thought it maybe lympocystis but were not sure.

I thought Mandins couden't get ich because ofhe slime coating on them? Probably just a nice siced pod that he iskeeping handy for a rainy day. lol

Can't be specific from a photo. Best to scrape it off and look under a microscope.
