How long was it treated with QS? Was it crypto pro? How often did you dose? Have you treated with prazi pro? The cloudy eyes indicate flukes or bacterial infection.

I would do a freshwater dip to confirm flukes, and treat with prazipro. It takes 2 rounds to eradicate them, but if this angel is infested you will want to start soon.

10 days of Quinine sulfate. 1tsp per 10 gallons so 4tsp it's 40 gallon tank hospital tank. It's not flukes

Before he went into hospital tank I did a ph adjusted formalin freshwater dip. No flukes. He has lymphocytis thinking he might be stressed out by being in the hospital tank?

Yes daily dosed 25% water change then readministered qs. Looks like lymphocytis. Lets say its bacterial. What would you do?

He is not going to eat if he is this sick. You will need to get him into better health first before he will touch any food. dose antibiotics asap to get rid of the cloudy eye. He may also have internal infections.

Furan-2 is a good one to use.
