Please help w tomato clown

My son's tomato clown, who has been fine for the past month since he got him, has something going on. It is hard to see, but his mouth looks as though it has something in it or is deformed? He keeps his mouth open, and it looks kinda messed up. What is this?

is there any way to get a picture, it would be easier for others to help you with a diagnosis and hopefully a cure if we could see the problem. It isnt easy getting a picture, trust me I know, but it would help alot.
