i have no experiences with aquatraders.com, but by reading MANY complaints on them, it will stay that way. i think odyssea products are poorly made. go with the T8

Well.... Odyessa may be questionable but the T8 fixture is 30W for about $130 while the other is 65W for less than $40.

I have not had a problem with aquatraders but Odyessa stuff stinks. I bought a 65 watt compact flourescents and a freind bought one of thier ho t-5 fixtures and both of us had to get new lamps right away. The lamps that come with thier fixtures stink so figure that as additional cost. Plus like most others my fixture died in no time. Those china ballasts stink.

I would need more info on that charterhouse fixture to know if it is a good deal.

Also you do realise one of the places is in the u.s and the other in the U.K.

i have bought from aquatraders.com in a pinch; i would do it again but only if it was an emergency. the stuff isnt made that well, and youll end up spending more money replacing it. the bulbs burnt out within a month but the power went out, so i cant say it was because of thier product....
