Please help me with montipora!

First my tank build and water conditions:

Tank age is six years old
100 gallon 4 foot long tank with 30 gallon sump
approx 100 lbs of live rock/sand
2x t5 actinics
2x Kessil LED
2x Koralia 4
skimmer and chiller

I have water tested weekly by my local fish store - water is pristine as far as they can tell.

Here is my problem:

I can't seem to keep any encrusting montiporas alive in my tank =(

All the other coral in my tank thrive and grow fast. My tank is primarily SPS (mostly stags, stylophora, Acros, Cyphastrea) with a 6ix inch Crocea clam.

I have tried superman montipora twice, sunset montipora, orange digitata, purple rim cap. The only one that has survived is the orange digitata (which grows fast) For some reason, however I cant seem to keep the encrusting montiporas alive.

If anyone has any advice or ideas, please help. If you need any additional information about my tank please ask.

Thank you in advance

I would suggest buying test kits for calcium, alkalinity, and magnesium and testing them so that you know the actual value. From above, it wasn't clear what you are using for supplementation of Ca/Alk (Kalk, 2-part, Ca reactor?). My encrusting months really took off once I stabilized my Ca and Alk levels with a Ca reactor. HTH.

I would never attempt to keep SPS if I didnt have my own test kits and had to rely on a LFS to do it for me. What are the levels of your calcium, alk and magnesium? Whats your salinity? What are your nitrate and phosphate levels?

I would suspect alk swings. How are you dosing your Ca and Alk? I would get a test kit and test your alk on a daily basis and see how much it is dropping.
