I really need you guys help with this, brief run down. 125 gallon fowlr had for 6 months now last fish added was a week ago. Powder was QT for 2 months, I added him about week and half ago, never had an issue with any other of my fish. Levels are..
ammonia 0
nitrate 5
salinity 1.021
ph 8.12
temp 79.6
The powder is eating like no tomorrow, fish is healthy. I have ordered Seachem Cupramine copper and will be here tomorrow. Help and advise please.....

Can't really tell from the video. If the tang does indeed have crypto (ich), all fish will need to be treated. Was the tang treated for crypto in QT? If so, how? Were the other fish treated for crypto prior to introduction into the DT?

if you look at the video around the 10 second mark if you look at the bottom left you will see about 3 or 4 spots.
I never saw anything on the powder when it was QT and nor on the fish I had in there before, fish been in there for 6 months or so and was qt. Not really sure how it got in there but somehow guess it has..
He has been rubbing the bottom of his body. So now what to do....:headwally:ugghhh

Sorry - still can't see anything definitive from the video.

Crypto doesn't need to be visible to be present. It's possible either the tang or the fish in the DT were asymptomatic but were still harboring the parasite if you didn't proactively treat for it. It is for this reason that I always run new acquisitions through TTM to ensure crypto doesn't sneak in without visible signs.

so now that I unfortunately have this SOB in my tank in my 125 and as of now no one else has it, I know that they may not have it now but soon may, room being and issue and catching them all will stress them out can I dose with cupramine, I have no inverts..

You could try. The rock and sand will adsorb copper making it difficult to maintain a therapeutic dosage, though. Maybe give it a couple days to confirm whether you a dealing with crypto or not. The good thing about crypto is that it's not a quick killer. Takes multiple generations before the fishes' health is compromised.

Try dr g's anti parasitc caviar, works great as long as the fish will eat, it cured my achilles and powder blue, you can treat in your display tank. If you do use it it's good to get two bottles, because it's best to treat for about 6 to eight weeks. Hope this helps
