Hello, I was at circuit city to buy a camera, but they have so many, I need to know some of the best point and shoot models that you have used to take close up pics of corals and fish(cannon, nikon, and sony) Please post pictures and the the exact model if you can, thanks

I'd strongly recommend checking out DPreview.com, or StevesDigicams (google it). Both are excellent review sites, with DPreview handling more of the upper end cameras.

I've always favored Canon. What you want to get is a camera which has a nice macro (close-up) mode, and buy a tripod to keep the camera still.
