Hi
My reef tank is one year old...have softies, zoa, sps, hammer lps.
A crocea, and sebae nem.

What's a good lps to go for next that's easy colorful and does multiply?

Iam thinking acan, favia,lobo.

my calcium is 375, sg1.025,....don't dose, just wc every 2wk with reef crystals.
Thx

frogspawn is nice and pretty easy to keep just make sure you leave enough room for it since it can get big and has some long feeding tenticles. torch is also another nice one. both with good light and low to moderate flow shoudl do well.

Anything other than torch ,hammer kinds?

Which is easier to keep in my tank.....acan, lobo, or favia, favite? Or pls suggest anything that looks like favia....

Thx!

Do you want us to make a suggestion, or to pick from your list (acan, favia, lobo)?

My suggestions would be torch, acan, favia, in that order. All 3 are good options, so go with whatever you like best and whatever you can get from your LFS.

IME, torches are fast growers, hardy, and the movement is enjoyable. Acans are also hardy and fairly fast growers when fed. And they are available in a range of color morphs. Favia are nice (one of my favorite corals), but I have found them to be the slowest growing of the 3.

I have no experience with lobos.

On a side note... if you have more than a few small frags in your tank, I'd be surprised if you are really holding a good ca level only doing water changes ever other week. You may want to get yourself a new test kit or at least have a reputable LFS test your water for you just to be sure your readings are accurate.

Come to think of it, there's a decent next coral for you -- a Favia!

If that's what you want. get one. Not "something like" one. You don't mention lighting, so I assume you have adequate lighting for a Favia. If not, they're not the best to move to the top of the reef but it can be done. And by adequate lighting I'm talking about T5 for shorter tanks, anything above 21" or so will likely need MH to get to the bottom.
