I'm not a nem expert, but it looks like RBTA to me. I never had one, so not sure on placement or lighting needs. I do know most nems will move in the tank until they find a spot they like (light, water flow, etc). Nice colors though! Good luck with it!

It's a RBTA, but it's not very healthy. Shouldn't have white or clear sections, and mouth should be closed.

If you get it, it will want to attach under an overhang in a hole in the rocks if possible. Place it low in the tank and let it move up as it gets used to the light. Being as bleached as it is, it may try to hide from the light for a few days or weeks at first.

I thought it was just lighting in the pic; it does look pretty, but shame its not supposed to look that way :( FME, all of our nems have moved to wherever they felt comfortable, will it make much difference to place it low, and if it moves higher, should you try to move it back low? Or just allow it go where it wants?

Sorry, let me clarify. If you set it too high, it could be hurt by bright lighting. If it's too low it can move to the height it desires without being hurt.

Right now it stays low in the tank covered under the overhang rock hiding from light. I will leave him alone and feed later once settled. Thanks

I got two clowns but they are not bothering the nem but instead the hairy mushroom. I lowered my radion intensity and hoping for the best. thanks all for your help
