I received 3 new PM1 modules on 8/1/2012.
Tonight, 8/3, I plugged them into the Apex System "DCS-02", expecting them to power right up. Well, that didn't happen.
I will call the 3 new PM1 modules: PM1-11, PM1-12, PM1-13
PM1-11 -- shows up on the Module List as a "PM2" module.
Any ideas?
I deleted the module, but it came back as a PM2 module.
I also did "Update Firmware"
PM1-12 -- this one works OK
PM1-13 -- this one has status light = Yellow and blinking
Is there anything I can try?
=====
I'm looking for any ideas to try for PM1-11 and for PM1-13 ???
I want to try everything I can before I send an email to Paul at Neptune Systems.
