Update:
-Well yesterday I hooked up the Calcium reactor and dialed in it . Check Calcium level lastnight and its 390. I will check again tonight to see if it goes up and my goal is maintain it at 450. I know its not easy to dial in and get the consistency so I will be patiently monitor it ...
-hooked up a Deltec fluidinized reactor for my Rox carbon ..
Basically most of the time yesterday was monitoring the tank with leaks, and constantly fixing the Tunze stream 2 ( I personally think its too much flow ). I tried all position and finally got it to work with minimal sand storm :lol:.. Run the MH for 2 hrs but most of the time only actinics . After a day 1/2 finally saw the BK skimming and pretty happy with it ...
Today agenda- Look for a titanum heater and shop around for a controller. Im leaning towards Rk2 now with limited $$.

UPDATE: Will swap the 6085 tunze stream2 to vortech gen2 . Basically the 6085 is too much flow
. I will swap the vortech from my 180g ( since its starboard bottom) and use it so I can control the flow on the cube...

Nice tank! I got the same size tank. I'm also running 2 Vortechs. Can't wait to see more pics as your tank matures.

Nice man will call you tonight... Current running right now is the 180g , frag tank and the Cube.. This weekend or next weekend my friend will pick up the frag tank so I will only have 2 but remember the purpose of the cube is to replace the 180g in the future when time catch up on me
