When i got mine it was updated to the 2.5, but if you need to its not that bad to do at all. Let me know if you have any problems with it.

Here are some quick update ;

Today the frag tank got picked up and did most of my day trying to allocate some frags that are in the frag tank and some I
re-attached cuz some has mad algae on it.. maybe 10 frags I threw away since I don't want to deal with it anymore. ..

I put all the zoas back to 180 and the Aussie's I put them on the cube and still looking a bit stress...

Here is my plan for the cube regarding corals...

Im planning to put all the nicest pieces of sps on the top and middle part will create a Ricordea garden and sandbed will be Aussie's and chalices ...

Yippeee!!!!!!!!!. I came home and my aussie's and micro's are fluffy. I took out my macro lens but too bad I only snap 2 of them and the MH shuts off...Well here are some update and for sure I will snap each one of them later on with macro lens..

nice lps . i might do the same with mine .i used to have a cubish tank 225 g 48x36x 30 with sps is my best reef ever but i have to break it down down sizing i currentlt using my 300 gallon fowlr and convert it to reef not the best dimension 30" high and only 24" deep. good luck with the built pare!

I wish that as well before but its been 9 months now sitting on my basement . I hate seeing it but I guess its better looking at it like that than set it up and have no time for it. Its my dream tank and hope someday it will be up and running ( when all my kids turns 5 lol)

Thank you very much . Thats a nice cube size .. any pics? .. I have a 180g tank mixed reef and my problem right now is how to fit all those on my 90g cube .. I will update this thread as much as I can but been working lately...


Also I will replumb this again since it was plumbed before with the frag tank. Now frag tank is gone and have to move the 55g sump behind it . The Bubbleking mini is also doing its job .. Picking up some Chromis maybe today or tomorrow to start the tank with action ....

I picked up 6 Blue green chromis tonight ... I don't care if they are not that kool looking but having a school of fish is really nice to look at..

This list also of fish will hopefully be on my tank this weekend if not, then next week. I acquired it from a local guy who was breaking down..
