for what its worth the 6th could be the weekend after the Fall Swap. I don't know if doing fish stuff two weekends in a row factors into any decision making.

I just figured out that all of the dates are on Saturdays. Your not considering that some of us work Saturdays. It used to be that all events of SLASH were held on Sundays except the pizza nights. Which includes the frag swap. Which now I have to take a vacation day to be there. I would like to host and be a part of the poker run. Which I have done before, but I can not do Saturdays.

...3 ways this doesn't make sense:
1. Grammatically
2. Realistically - go to a meeting (or read the meeting notes) and tell me I don't consider Sundays for events.... getting really tired of this complaint.
3. Logistically - None of the weekends SLASH holds events can the Elks lodge be booked on a Sunday. Not my choosing... something called a meat shoot happens every fall and spring Sunday. I am trying to switch the venue to accommodate the SUNDAY Hecklers. Just bear with me Sunday people :deadhorse1:

FWIW - Sundays don't work for some folks either. We have church on Sundays until noon-ish. I'd guess in a group our size I'm not alone in that.

Oh, and before you start playing 9th grade English teacher, make sure you're own phrasing is correct. The phrase is bear with me. Unless you're planning a streaking run, then perhaps bare with me is correct. :beer:

I know... I am just tired of people acting like I am personally trying to prohibit them from participating in club functions.

I think you took it wrong from what I was trying say or mean. I was just trying to suggest FOR THIS EVENT. You should consider to do it on a Sunday. For those of us that have to work on Saturdays.
