Poli Bleaching

I have a small frag, about 2.5 -3" starting to bleach on one side of the base. It might be shaded on that side. Poly extension on the whole piece is pretty good. Is this ok? Should I start trimming to save the pieces of it that are ok? Param's

PH 8.2
Mg 1100 (having trouble keeping this higher)
Ca 450
dKh - 11
its under MH lighting 8-10 watts p/gall in a 20 high, about 1/2 way up the tank. Should have plenty of flow. My only SPS though, first timer.

my poci's didnt like the super bright light from my mh, i had to place them down low for a it then slowly raise them up some. try that first
