Poll - November meeting... vote by Tuesday!

Ok, I'll buy Scooter a month and set the tone... I going to do a "This is what I had... and this is where I am... and this is where I'm headed" Meeting. If someone wants to suggest a catchy name for this... Feel free... kinda a now and again later meeting. I have come a long way since I started here on RC. And I'd like to show everyone the before's and afters.

I have for your viewing pleasure... the 75 gallon Reef tank upstairs - Plumbed to the basement (140 active gallons), and awaiting a new light hood to cover the new halides from this summer. (an a special surprise pendind the turnout in the next 24-48 hours...

30 Gallon Reef and 75 gallon Prop tank running in tandum... Complete with Jandlms spit still on the glass from restarting the only siphon tube in the house...

The wall on 40's... - 6 tanks set up with the intention of breeding that will be linked to the...

300 gallon reef tank that is currently being "repaired" and Renovated" I could talk for hours on this tank... and the problems and challanges a 3 sided penninsula tank poses.

The dates I have are as follows:

Saturday November 18th 12 noon till 5 or 6 pm....
Sunday November 19th 12am till 5 pm
Saturday November 25th 2pm till 5 or 6 pm.... (Work till noon)
Sunday November 26th 12am till 5 pm

I will get a few munchies and a case or two of soda depending on responses to this poll. Anyone who needs beer.... I have a couple cans laying around, double check the born on dating...

I wont make any quams, the basement is where most everything is at... and we've been cleaning big time and stuff that's not needed any longer is being piled up. I'm also moving storage shelves... and maybe by then, the new whole house dehumidifyer will be here... we can all stand around and gawk at it... doubtfull it will be installed by then though.

I will also have some free gimies/give aways that I cherry-picked from the shores of the Mayan--Riveriera Mexico.

SO... VOTE FOR ALL THAT WORK FOR YOU. I'll proly take the most decisive winner, or choose from the most popular.

Dan... I mean, Mr. Davis... hope you can show your face in time. Word has it your treding homeward about now... the later the meeting is held in the month, the more likely Dan should have an oppertunity to visit.

ack! you obviously don't hunt... the first weekend is sooo out for me. I voted for either day of the second weekend listed. Sunday would be best...

Oh yeah I did'nt even think of hunting (cuz I can't like it lol) but thought Sunday people like to watch the Packer game.

I guess I don't care as long as it is'nt on Thanksgiving, or SNOWING lol.
I don't think I got to see a whole Packer game since my kid was born anyway lol.
Oh wait my dads Birthday is the 15th and mom always has a party on the weekend. I'll have to wait to vote and find out (after all that lol).

Looks like I wont be hunting this year for the third year in a row Well, not likely anyway.

Only day I wouldn't like is the 19th due to the game. I'd rather avoid the traffic between here and there, even if we just caught the game at your house. Not to mention, we now know Jon has awesome seats and wouldn't be able to make it for sure either.

Yep, Sunday is out for me. I've seen Jason's tanks a time or two as it is. If its a Saturday and I have given up on da tirty poiner I will join you.

Is still a chance I may make it out hunting, but will likely just keep an eye out in my back yard when I happen to be home. One of these days I'll get off my butt BEFORE the season to find a place I like to hunt since my old stomping ground is gone now Have a friend with crop tags for his pumpkin farm in Peshtigo always inviting me, but is nowhere to stay unless I decided to rough it in a tent or pay for a room in the neasest hotel.

I have gotten my last couple of deer in the backyard. I'm only interested in having a little vensison for the freezer so if its a doe its a doe. Last year the hunt ended successfully after 15 minutes less than a50 feet from my house. I am soo lazy.

I know it blastfamy, but I don't hunt, I bearly fish anymore, I dont wach sports, and Nascar is out.... The reef tank is my only vice...

Jessica, their doing well. I have the better part of a rock to work with now... and a few extras.

Would anyone consider a weeknight from say 6 till 9??? I could do one of those...

the 18th or 19th works for me as that is my designated weekend off for the month from work.

I havent been to the last few meetings and I would like to be able to attend this one and chat with you all.

I'm thinking I should be able to make any of those...still trying to get out there for a meeting! This might be it...

I don't hunt. I don't have anything against it, per se, other than to think it's unfair. I always said if I ever hunted it would be in camo gear with a large knife...none of that sissy gun/bow shooting a furry animal from 100 yards away stuff.

I'm j/k, of course. If it's your thing, hey, enjoy! I do like to fish and I am (obviously) rather interested in animals. I may have even managed to inadvertantly kill some along the way myself...

I'm not going to say it's official yet...but in all liklihood I can host a meeting early next year...
