Pomacanthus angel growth rate

Just curious how fast your Pomacanthus angel has grown/grew in what time scale and in what size tank please.
Especially interest in Blueface angels.

Blueface angels are slow growers imho. I have had mine for 5 years and he has only grown about 1" per year. I purchased an annularis at the same time (both were juveniles around 1.5") and the annularis is well over 12" long and about very tall. I would also say they consume about the same amount of food.

From Jan to Mar I had a sub 1.5" grow to 2". no sign of colour changing from juvenile onwards, but looking forward to that process

Emperor juv 2" or less within a year and a half 7-8"

Koran from 1" to 5" in 9 months. Just now showing small signs of changing.

Thanks, so to sum up so far bluefaces appear much slowly than some of the other pomacanthus even though they eventually reach similar sizes?

I had a captive raised mac go from 1.25" to about 5" in its first year.
