porc. puffer problem

on staurday my puffer puffed up and then discreeted a whiteish colored gunk that hung in the tank for a little bit then dissappeared. is this anything i should be worried about? none of the fish look to be effected by it. the puffer is eating fine and swimming as usual. any help would be appreciated

Did it come from the anus? You most likely just saw a puffer bomb.
