position of ozmolator pump

My ozmolator will occ continue to put water into my sump even after the pump has turned off. How do I prevent this from happening?

It is siphoning. The end of the hose needs to be higher than the top of the water level in the reservoir it is pulling from. It is recommended in the instructions to fill the tank and not the sump for this reason. You could also have the hose trickle into a pipe of something like PVC at a higher level and have the pipe gutter it down to the sump

Thats what I thought. Any one aware of a one way valve I cound put in line to prevent that from occuring?

You can use a check valve but I would never trust one as they all end up failing sooner or later IMO

just cut the hose or place the end of the hose at the top of your sump so this does not happen

One thing to consider would be if the top of the sump is lower than the water level in the reservoir is when full it can still siphon, such as mine would be in my tank since I use a 13 gallon trash can which is rather tall. But is dependent on setup on whether it would

The best way to set up an osmolator is to route the top off hose to the tank.
