I know that you can get soda ash and calcium chloride at any pool supply place. I went to one today and bought 5 pound containers of each for about 9.99 each. Soda ash is soda ash is soda ash and the calcium chloride is the regular stuff. not the more powerful type like kent turbo calcium. (monohydrate or some such thing)
