the new purlpe/pink haddoni that i have has been doing well for 2 weekd now but over the past two mornings half of it has had some patches where the tentacles are deflated and really tightly packed like it has localised shrinkage.
this went away yesterday afternoon but has returned this morning the nem has been fed every other day.

Could it be purging these areas as the othe half of the oral disc is fine
to see the nem look here these pics do not show the defleted patches.

what do your haddonis do when purging?

Now its like a quarter of the oral disc has shrunk down for purging but the remaining 3/4 id fine.
The other anemones I have kept have tended to collase when purging but most did it all at once not bit by bit.
are there any potential predators I should look out for i have heard bristle worms will attack haddoni anemones?

Bristles will not hurt your anemone that is an old wives tale based on old info

basicly early hobbiests saw that the Bristleworms lived under the anemones and thought oh they must be hurting them. they dont hurt them.
bristleworms are great detrivores.
