Possible TBS Gulf Biotope Reef: 10g

After seeing this rock I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, it is not possible for me to have my 135 be a 100% TBS tank, so instead I thought I could set up a little 10 gallon TBS tank in my bedroom.

I really liked the effect (or is it affect?) d2mini created with his rimless TBS tank, so I removed the rim of the 10 gallon (hopefully it doesn't burst...). I would like to keep the tank as clean looking as possible equipment-wise, so I was thinking just a powerhead and heater + weekly water changes. Is this fine or does the rock need a more efficient filter because of the great biodiversity on it?

Thanks!

that would be enough filtration for the rock but if you wanted a little something more you could go with an AC110 modded into a fuge for nitrate and phosphate control. this could also make a great tank especially since ive seen that richard can get tiger gobies in our waters here in FL so a pair of those would be a really nice addition along with other FL natives like gorgs and native corals.
