possible tiny baby mantis

Just recently got a little one piece of mushroom that had migrated from a petstore rock to the ground and they let me buy him but in his bag was a baby shrimp. Clear still very young but crazy fast and almost looks like a grasshoper the way he sits....don't want to release him into the tank if he's a baby mantis, i'll go take a pic and then post him.....noticed in the store that several tanks had tiny tiny shrimp babies so small i could barely see them, so i saw this mushroom in a tank i didn't see any babies but i guess i was wrong, will repost in a couple min with pic.

This is no baby mantis, it is a species called Amphipoda.
They are very present in reef tanks and a very good food for all Dragonets like Synchiropus splendidus, Synchiropus stellatus, and so on.
