When I went to feed my mantis, all I found was an empty shell and a bunch of bristle worms. I searched the little nano, and no sign of her.

I'd guess the total body length at around 1.25", if that. Maybe 1/4" across.

If I could, I'd like to get an ID, so at least I know what I had.

I'm no expert but keep looking for her hiding.... maybe thats the molt she shed off.

After removing the shell and waiting a few days, I tore down the nano to move it to a bigger tank. Trust me, there was no mantis in the nano, the dactyls aren't sheds, they're the actual dactyls. (Assuming I'm using the write word/spelling things correctly).
