Post your pistol shrimp/goby pair!!

Little of topic being a feeding question but how do you guys feed your pairs. Also what.

I've tried a few different ways. The first is just the sinking wafers. My goby loves them and he'll come out and collect enough for both of them. I've also just put a piece of seafood on the end of a feeding stck and held it in the entrance of the borrow. Eventually the shrimp pulls it in. I've also taped some straws together so i can drop pellets right into the burrow. All 3 seem to work ok.

Here's a video of my male Yasha shortly after I got it. I got the shrimp separately, and they paired up after a few days.

A few months later I found a female. Added it to the tank, and in the first few days the two would see each other while looking for food but otherwise lived in separate holes with separate shrimp. Went on vacation for a week, and when I came back the Yashas and shrimp were both paired up in the same hole.

I would post a picture but they always hide out during the day. In fact, I haven't seen my pistol shrimp in about a week. The only way I know it is still alive is that sand around the rocks moves around into different humps almost on a daily basis. haha

Better late than never, here's a shot I took tonight of my YWG and tiger pistol shrimp.
Be sure to have plenty of rubble piled around the entrance of the burrow so the shrimp has something to build with.

I should go grab some crushed coral for when I get mine. I just got a small footprint tall pico I'm waiting to get my buddy's yellow watchmen goby and I'll go pick up a tiger shrimp. So damn excited!! Then I can finally post my pair

This was my yasha/tiger pair. I still have the pistol but lost the goby. Any suggestions for another goby, the yasha was on the shy side.

Jason I hoped you'd post it in here love the pairs! So many more ppl keep these guys then I thought and in many different variants. 2 gobies 1 shrimp ah!

Last Saturday i ordered a Tiger pistol and i got him or her last Tuesday. It hasn't paired up with my YWG yet but my YWG is smaller then the pistol shrimp though. But the pistol shrimp did make a burrow for the YWG but the pistol shrimp stays in the back of my tank in a cave he or her made and the YWG stays in the front of my tank in a burrow under a piece of live rock. Cant wait to see what happens with them! But i do wish the tiger pistol shrimp would come out during the day. At night he wreaks havoc on my sand bed lol.
