How big is your Potters pair now Todd?

Since I see them everyday I haven't noticed any size increase, but I should take some updated pictures and compare them.

Brian- sweet macro. is that a tomato or maroon?

Todd- wow! I think those are the most stunning looking Potters I've seen. What/how often are you feeding them? and are you planning to breed them?

Thanks. I normally feed twice a day. Feed a mix of Rod's Food ( green and red types ) LifeLine's Herbivore mix, Prime Reef, Angel Formula, Mysis, and Spectrum pellets.

As for breeding them, not any solid plans on that, but maybe. Think I would try with my clowns ( Clarkii pair and pink skunk pair ) first.

I've had some time to sleep on this and think about my recent words to you. I've decided that I need to amend my previous statement:

I hate you a little bit more now.

Just for that, the one potter's is going to give you the goofy eye curse. ;)

(( the eye is fine, just was looking at a weird angle ))

My all time favorite fish is the Potter's Angel, and I've never owned one because I love my corals more. Occasionally I lash out at others that own this beautiful angel. You were just in the wrong place at the wrong time. ;)

The story of my life. ;)

But, all 3 of mine have been perfect angels   Keep them with SPS, anemones, clams and zoas, and nothing has been touched. The oldest one has been with me for 10 months now.

Brian- nice is your female as much of a bit** as mine? W/C or Aquacultured? Any idea old is your pair?

Todd- you are killing us all with those. Not one....not two.... but three Potters???
where do you pick them up from usually? maybe they have such good temperaments thanks to the tasty buffet of balanced foods you provide them... in regards to that- where do you purchase the Lifeline foods from? searched for a while on google without any major luck. (only one ghetto site)

- do you know if you have a male and female together? did a little reading on how angels supposedly breed... i didnt know they can change sex like clowns..hmmm. supposedly males are usually brighter than fm- can you tell that any of your potters' colors are brighter than your the others?

wish I had room for an angel. some day. my lfs sells MAD harvested potters for about 65$. how much do you pay if you dont mind me asking?

melev- please throw some of your photos up there for me.

Thanks.

I have an addiction to them, just like my addiction to Haddoni anemones. I got all 3 of them from the Diver's Den section of LA. I want to say the single one was around $70, the pair around $130. I pick up that food from a couple of my LFS's, I think I saw that getto site today when I was looking, never seen it at any big online place. It is a shame too, all my fish love that food.

I THINK that angels are opposite of clowns, whereas the large one is male and small female, but I could be wrong.

klepto, my clown is not paired and is pretty laid back it used to be aggressive but not as much as it was. sorry ive been late in my response. ive been trying to brush up on my photo skills. long hours haha.

Todd-
Thanks for the pricing info. Thats interesting about the sizing difference - I wonder if anyone can verify that. I was too into your angel to even see the anemone behind it. - Those certainly are beautiful cnidarians to compliment your angels! Got any good photos of them for us?

Laid back huh..lucky you. My female is an absolute terror. I cant put my hand in the water without freaking her out- so I do the majority of the work I need to do at night- Having a pair is great- and it sucks at the same time imo.

Think it was mentioned in a thread I had about getting the pair, I will see if I can find it.

Asking me to post pictures of my anemones is like asking a kid if they want some candy. ;)
