Thinking about this, 47 does sound a lot. We never know how many things we have in the tank till we actually take the time and count them. lol

It is fine having A LOT of frags, a reef has to start from somewhere. All my setups have started from frags. My 180g had roughly 40 frags at inception but peaked at 15 due to size. My current 300g has roughly 40 high end frags and I am starting to remove some due to excessive growth.

and this is the other part to the half cut 75 i don't know how many corals and frags I have but I do have about 120 species

Just awesome. I was thinking of adding a frag tank so I can hold more species of acros. Your addiction is worse than mine, but I love it.

It's a perfecto I believe. From Petco. I think I'm going to add more! Had to drill the tank and pipe to the basement now I have a whole floor to work with ha ha

I have at least 45 SPS: mixture of frags and colonies in my 47G tank. My aquascape has been planned to allow maximum coral placement.
