Powder blue tang fin rot treatment?

Throttle

I picked up this PBT from another reefer and shortly after he got ick. I was feeding selcon/garlic with nori and it was just about gone but I woke up to him looking like the pic. Looks like fin rot but I couldn't find recent treatment or cure for it. I saw that it's gram negative but not sure what to use for it.

I have a 20L QT set up right now even though it's not big enough it's what I have to work with so I can put him in there to do whatever so this guy makes it! What meds or treatment should I do? Sorry for the crappy pic

Tank is 100g with 2 clowns.
Sg- 1.026
Ammonia 0 with api
Po4- .027 with Hanna
Nitrate 10 with api

He started looking like this in 1 night? I can't tell from the picture, but does he have white spots or slime coating? Breathing hard, not eating, or any other symptoms?

I'm thinking this could be velvet or brook instead of ich, but that's just a guess as the picture is hard to see.

Well it might have started yesterday but I wasn't home most of the day and got home when the lights were off...

There's no slime but he isn't eating anymore, breathing fast, and swimming weird. Could it be brook? Here's a better pic I snapped. It looks like he has lesions on his body.

I will run to the store in the AM since they are all closed now and try to find formalin if not I will get some cupramine and treat the ich first I guess. Anyone have a more defninitive thought on what the PBT may have ?

I'm not sure what you are dealing with but if you can't find formalin, see if you can get quick cure. It has formalin in it but lower concentration.
You might be dealing with ich and a secondary bacterial infection. Maybe even flukes. Hopefully someone else can give you a better diagnosis.

Thanks for the advice. I agree that it is probably a secondary bacterial infection. I looked up quick cure and not sure if I can post links but is this it? http://www.petmountain.com/product/...-fast-relief-for-ick-protozoan-parasites.html

I don't think I will be able to find this locally since its so hard to find online to buy but it looks like an effective treatment. Should I transfer the fish tonight or wait till I get the meds to transfer him into the QT? I might be able to get some of this locally http://www.amazon.com/ParaGuard-500...pplies_40?ie=UTF8&refRID=1AJNQVMF5Q09E84MD6ZT but it doesnt contain formalin.

Alright he's dead :( wow I can't believe how fast it was. Rip
I can post up pics I took of him I took out of the tank if maybe someone can provide some insight as to what it was so I know in the future.

Also going to order some formalin and cupramine to keep on hand. As well as keeping a quick running permanently now in the garage.
