power head cords

You almost have to make it cordless somehow :) . I'm thinking something to force the cord toward the front corner where the two glass sections meet and run it up from there?

I would have suggested gluing softies to the cord like xenia, but how would you clean the pump without killing them?

The only other Idea I have is some sort of pvc or other rigid tube that the pump could connect to from the top-back. The tubing could be mounted to the side glass and be covered with coraline algea and or frags. That way, you could disconnect if the pump needs cleaning or replacing. I saw an article once about someone hiding pvc through liverock that opened where he wanted waterflow.

Just some ideas.

I wouldn't glue softies like xenia or leathers. It causes tissue necrosis and is better done with rubber banding or other non chemical means. Just fyi.

I also vote running it up the corner and along the top.

I had directional heads and it was too pinpoint and just dug holes in the sand. I will have to run them up the corner somehow and around the top. Thank guys for the post

the way i've done it in the past is goto lowes and get corner beading made out of wood and paint it the color of the stand and canopy then use aquarium silicon and attach it to the front to corners and then run the cords up that way to the top and it then will be hidden plus if will make the stand look part of the canopy
