Power head placement/flow question

Okay, so i've been trying to find an acceptable happy medium with the flow in my tank. I've got a standard 75 gal, an 600gph return pump, and two Koralia 750s.

Now, i've got certain things that need/like high flow. A few pieces of random SPS mainly. I've also got certain things that I don't think like high flow. Mainly a rock flower anemone, a GTBA, and 4 head hammer colony.

When I think i've got the power heads pointing at the correct spots in the tank, something will start blowing around like crazy. Tonight I tried moving one just a little and on the other side of my tank my hammers started going crazy. It's driving me MAD! My GTBA moved to the back side of a rock on the far side of the tank. I can only assume she didn't like the flow she had.

I'm curious as to a few things. How do most of you set up your power heads? When I read that something likes moderate to high flow, in my head i'm thinking "Okay i'll just set it on a rock midway up in the tank that's being hit by one of my power heads". Is this not the case?

Right now the Koralias are at opposite ends of the tank slightly offset, pointed towards the back wall, one aims towards the surface of the water/back glass area, and one aims toward the center of the back.

I'll snap a pic real quick. I just turned the lights on, so if things don't look happy that's probably why.

Am I doing anything wrong here? Is it a constant battle or am I over thinking things? I don't like seeing my GTBA, hammers, or rock flower flailing wildly, but if that's the norm then i'll give it a whirl.
