Power supply on 6105 problem?

I have a pair of 6105's on a 7095 controller.
I just noticed that one of the pumps was not working.
It has the older fatter power supply and there is no light on.
Does this mean there is something wrong with it?
I just traded for this combo. They were suppose to be less than 6 months old.
I traded new Vortecs for them.

I am most likely going to order a new powersupply, but it would be nice to have some sort of idea if I'm going in the right direction.
These are suppose to be pretty new.

It is likely the PSU but give Roger time to chime in as it may be under warranty. He does not respond on weekends.

I would try the working power supply on the non working pump to confirm it is only the power supply but, most likely this is the issue.
