they did not copy tunze to a T

their props are located in the middle of the pump, tunze's is off center so diffrent motor.

their controller is diffrent along with the wave modes, so diffrent programming.

their light sensor is diffrent.

the only thing that really resembles tunze is the shape and you can't patent a shape

as for vortech, only the name sounds the same,
