It sounds like you have a good portion of your anemone left and that it didn't sustain a lethal injury unless it develops an infection. If it doesn't get an infection it should recover. I had a large RBTA that got reduced to a 1 cm cube by a Vortec. What was left contained a small portion of its foot and it was able to attach to some rock. This little chunk was enough to regrow an entire anemone with time. Have patience and unless it putrefies don't throw it out. Just let it attach where it wants and when it recovers enough to develop a mouth try to feed it if you can. You might want to find some way of covering your powerhead intakes.
