Prazi and Copper at same time?

I think I killed a juvenile Navarchus doing that. I wouldn't do it again.
Okay, great. I did the last water change yesterday as the fish should be ready to go in the DT on Wednesday. I blasted out the crap from behind/under the rocks and the water quality took a huge dose dive. The fish started to twitch a bit and started to scrape gills but I think that was just due to a buildup of crap rather than a parasite. I turned the skimmer and UV on for a few hours as I always do in a water change to help clean the water and it was back to normal a few hours later. So I gave it a half-dose, will dose the other half now. Thanks for the advice.

I mix the two all the time. I saw you turned on the UV. Just carefull as UV and Cupramine DON'T mix.

I use cupramine and prazi everytime I QT. Never had issues
Okay, so looks like the general consensus is that it is okay. 
T minus 5 days before the Parrotfish goes in. I made a Isolation/Acclimating container out of 6 BBQ grills and a wooden frame so I can introduce new additions and hopefully minimise aggression from the large angels and tangs.
Why exactly does Copper not mix well with UV? I know it says to turn off UV on the bottle but never understood why. I assumed it helped remove copper like a skimmer can skim it out.
