precipitation of makeup water?

I have never had this happen to me before. I made up 3-five gallon buckets using instant ocean and RO water. The next day one of the buckets turned cloudy and the other two are fine. I dont know if the Ca precipitated or what happened. The ph of all the buckets are good, I just have this one bucket that is cloudy. What happened and can I do something to clear it up so I can use it? TIA

Chris, did you add the salt into the bucket before adding the water ??

your supposed to add the salt to the water not the water to the salt, right?

I did add the salt to the water. I also took a sample and put it in the microwave and it did not clear up. I also put a sample in the freezer and it did nothing. I am just trying to see if something will clear it up. I also aerated all the buckets. I will probably dump it but I would like to know what happened.
