I'd keep an eye on it. These blennies sometimes develop a fat belly if they have eaten too much and that might be the case here. They can look like they have eaten a golf ball sometimes which I have normally attributed to a protein rich diet different to their natural diet. In essence they become fat and lazy rather than grazing all day.
It may have eggs as I've seen this with similar blennies when kept alone but again you'd need to keep an eye on it to make sure that it doesn't get eggbound which could kill it.
So basically I'd just watch it for now and see what happens.

I've seen them eat so much they look like they are going to pop. Whether they are eating your algae or food, they go hog wild sometimes.
