Here is a list of items Gresham says we should bring. The "I" here is Gresham:
-----
All Vendors, Exhibitors and Clubs
. Extension cords â€"œ please bring at least 20’ of extension cords, preferably more. The venue is not stocked with power solutions for us.
I will have some job boxes and larger cords to get power to central locations.
. Tables - we have limited amount of tables so please contact me if you need one. We’re about 10 shy at last count to cover all 25 vendors.
. Chairs - we have all the chairs you could possibly need though
. Petty cash â€"œ bring enough small bills to make change. This seems to be an ongoing issue and one easily solved by getting change prior to the weekend
. Trade show bags - Reed Nutrition is supplying bags for anyone to use
. Banners â€"œ booth sizes will be just under 10’ wide by 8’ deep. 8’-9’ banners work well for the back wall.
Wet Display
. Tables - we have limited amount of tables and what we have won’t support more then 150 pounds. I suggest bringing a stand for the tank
. Lighting â€"œ we request you keep all lights to 175w and below. You do not need a ton of light to show them off.
. Floor covering â€"œ please bring a plastic drop cloth or tarp if you plan on having a wet display
. Siphon hose & buckets â€"œ The Aquarium showroom will have wheeled garbage cans to move water around, please bring your own siphon hose.
. Bagging supplies â€"œ rubber bands, bags, containers, etc
. Water â€"œ The Aquarium Showroom will be supplying all the water for the event.
. Towels â€"œ bring hand towels, etc to keep your area dry if you plan on having a wet display
. Heater â€"œ bringing a heater along is not a bad idea given the odd weather we’ve been having
. Pump â€"œ We highly encourage you to use some sort of device like a power head for water movement.
. Tank â€"œ Shallow tanks work best at events like this. You do not need a massive tank. Use what can hold what you’re bringing.
----
We should decide on a "wet display solution". Who has something we can use? I can bring my 10g QT tank if necessary but hopefully we'll have enough frags that it won't be big enough.
