Preventing a shock going to a hybrid t5/led

Hello guys im very weary with ramp up because my sps were thriving under my ap700 at 78% intensity for 8 hours a day.

The unit I got is the 36" spectral hybrid and now I have 4 37w led (blue+, purple+, blue +, purple+)

I have dropped my ap700 intensity to 30% to start and have the t5 running 7 hours all 4 bulbs.

However the stand for the unit brought my lights down from 11 inches to 7 inches.

Question is should I lower my light time for the t5? Since the lights when down a bit should intensity be even less than 30%?

Thanks all I've included photos

I've ran hybrids all the time. Why not keep your leds the same then turn on your t5s for 2 hours then 3 then 4 ect until you reach your desired schedule. Also if it ain't broke why fix it? I've always used t5s to only supplement my LEDs. I've never used both for all day use. Only 1 or the other

Hmm that's a great point! What was your schedule and intensity on the led if you don't mind sharing :)

I have 3 radions over a 48x24x24. They are running at 60% from 10pm till 8pm. The t5s I use as supplements so they turn on from 12-4pm. So 10 hours of leds (slow rise , slow set) and 4 hours of t5s per day
