Pricing a Used tank

My buddy has a 100g Acrylic that he is trying to sell. From the bottom up to about 3-4" is scratched where he had his rubble bottom. Tank has some scratches but I think they can be buffed out. The pics kinda suck and the tank was still dirty. What price range do you think he should set it at?

I think i remember seeing a blue 75 gal in similar style with big pump and ocean filter, for $400 on CL
