I was wondering...I know that the Ice Cap 660-009 ballast will overdrive four 54w t-5 bulbs. Is there any way to run 6 t-5 bulbs, like, tie an extra one in on two of them somehow? Im pretty sure the answer is no, but maybe someone who knows more about these can help me out.

I don't believe so. You'll need another ballast.
