Ok so now you say the probe has never been submerged, im getting confused :hmm3:
I never said the probe has never been submerged. This is a sump, water get drained down, pumped out, drained in, etc. There's all sort of splash occurring daily. If the probe can't handle being submerged for a short period of time during maintenance, maybe it should have a max water level on it like I suggested in the original thread
Something does not rust unless it got wet, the steel element of the probe is deep inside the body so there is no way this is splash damage, we would have probes rusting all over the place which clearly is not the case, furthermore the photos clearly show a higher water level marks. But as I said on the last thread if you wish to continue this please email us, I asked you respectfully. This is normal proceedure if you have an issue, and we ask you to respect that.
Again, I never stated that the probe didn't get wet. And thanks for pointing out the obvious that things don't rust unless it got wet. All the three probes are in the same place but how come the PH probe is the only one that get rusted?
I am not providing any further discussion here other than what has already beeen said in the other thread.
