Problem with 6101, impeller vibrating & not rotating

My 6101 is not pumping water. The impeller is vibrating but not rotating completely. I cleaned the pump & also turned down the power from the white knob.
If it is in min position it moves water, but as I increase it, it starts vibrating again & the impeller stops rotating.

I disconnected the 7095 & tried directly, same issue. Kindly please help me resolve this.

I think since it sounds like the controller lights up and the pump vibrates the power supply must be working so no need to send it.

I have a 6101 that is in similar situation and I've had it for about 18months. Would it be covered under warranty or I'll be looking at paying for repair in the same situation?

It should be under warranty as long as the power supply or connector box didn't get wet. We only handle the warranty service for the US, so please contact Xenia, the distributor for Canada.
