Has anyone else had any problems with the moonlighting stop working after a while? I've only had my new multicontroller for about a month, but the LED doesn't seem to work anymore.

Also, how do I get it fixed? Thanks.

Cindy,

If you have the "moon light" selected on the controller, it may be going thru its 29 day lunar cycle. Try unplugging everything from the controller and it will power down. Power cycling will reset the lunar cycle and the led should work again. As the cycle continues, you should see the led get dimmer and dimmer until it goes out completely. Then turns on again during the new moon cycyle.

If power cycling doesn't make the led come back on when the lights go off, then there is probably repair issue.

I didn't see anything in the instructions about turning off the "cycle". A way you could fake it out would be to put your stream(s) on a timer that was set to turn off then on again maybe once a week, hence starting the cycle over again and bringing the LED back to full intensity.

Yes, the LED dims to simulate a 29 day lunar cycle and at the middle of the cycle it turns off completely for a day, then starts to increase intensity. The other thing than can cause this is if the photcell rotates upside down.
