Problem with a stream 6000

My stream 6000 seized up yesterday. I left the propeller and shaft in vinegar overnight as I usually do, but it still won't spin today. I can't see any calcium deposits on either the shaft nor the bearings.

The driver is not beeping but is extremely hot to the touch (as is the transformer). When first powered, the propeller rotates about a quarter of a turn then seizes up.

I am disassembling the shaft to further clean it in vinegar. If it still won't spin, should I send it in for repairs? Where? It is less than one year old.

Unless the transformer is physically deformed there is no need to send it, just send the pump and driver.

The pump and driver are in the mail. You should receive it UPS by Wednesday.
