Problem with something that hurts my fish!!

I HAVE A PROBLEMWITH MY FISH WHEN I TURN OFF THE AQUARIUM LIGTH SISTEM !! I NOTICE THAT THE FISH ARE STREES!! IN THE MORNING WHEN THE LIGTH GOES ON THE FISHES ARE LIKE DIZZY !!! UNTIL LIKE 30 MINUTES THAT THEY ARE FINE AGAIN! ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, MY PARAMETERS ARE SALINITY1.025 TEMP 79- 80 I HAVE CHILLER,NITRATES 0 NITRITES 0 AMONIA 0 , ITS A 29GAL 2 YEARS ESTABLISHED! BIOCUBE!! I DO WATER CHANGER WEEKLY OR 10 DAYS THE MOST!! I USE SALT CORALIFE!! I ALSO HAVE A PIKO REEF AND A 10 GALON AND HAPPENS THE SAME THING!! WHAT COUL BE WRONG!:strange:

What's the pH?
If you don't have a sump (I'm assuming you don't) to run a light on during lights off in the main tank, your pH is probably dropping at night.

Hit "Caps Lock" again and take a couple deep breaths.

Then try cycling the lights with actinics then white lamps. In the morning, my actinics come on for an hour, then the brighter lamps.......reverse in the evening. It's not such a SHOCK this way.
