Problem with Tunze 3155

Everything has been working perfectly for the past 7-8 months, then this afternoon I found return pump spitting bubbles and my sump extremely low. My water supply bucket was still full, so the pump wasn't operating. I looked at the 5017 controller and noticed that the pump-on and the level lights are flashing. I can't find anything about that in the manual. Can you please provide some insight as to what's going on? Thanks in advance.

That is not something I have seen before, I would be sure the connector from the controller to the pump are not shorted by water or salt creep. I would cycle the power off and on and try again.
