Problem with wave box controller

cleaned the wave box blue sleeve and stated having problems when placed back in. Would run for a few minutes then stop. Took it out, placed back in and same thing would happen. Controller stays on (red and green lights) but doesn't cycle. Controller never gets wet or banged around. Pump works when disconnected from controller.

Only 4 months old. Please help.

I would suspect that the controller has a damaged cable, you might try the slave output just to double check.

No effect by trying the slave.

Do you have the 6261 pump without driver or the 6260 pump with driver?
