Problematic 6045's

Hello there. I am having some problems with 2 of my 6045's. I have had 3 of them running perfectly for about 2 months, only turning them off when doing water changes. Yesterday however after trying to start them back up there was some excess start up noise from 2 of them and when they settled down I noticed there was excess vibration and instead of a spinning smoothly and steady in the center of the housing, 2 of them were wobbly and moving around in the housing. I took them out and gave them a cleaning, but they are still doing the same thing. Any suggestions about what I can do to fix this issue?

Send me the pumps and I will replace whatever parts are faulty, I only need the pumps themselves.

thanks Roger, I sent one of the pumps out today usps priority. I will PM you all me info, which I also included with the pump. Unfortunately I can only send one pump at a time because I have no back up pumps to run in the tank.

I just recieved my repaired 6045, but there is a problem. The pump replacement you sent me doesn't line up with the fron't half of the assembly. What can I do about this?

Ok I just realized the problem, I sent you a broken 6045 and I recieved a repaired 6025. What now?
