BRS did a video not long ago, comparing different coral foods. They graphed growth, color, and overall health over a period of time.
What they concluded was reef chilli alongside reef- roids provided the most significant results bar none.
I haven't used these products, so I can't specifically speak on their success, but I have ordered both, and will be documenting my results.
I can say after reading their results, I am super excited to give reef roids a try. According to BRS math, roids are far superior to any other food on the market for corals.
If you are having an ultra low nutrient issue, I would start by feeding 3 times a week, an hour after lights go out. This is when the zooanthele are extended and accepting food.
